Four students reported that at or about 4:50 am, they were sleeping in their apartment in the 6600 Block of Kingsbury when they heard “rattling noises”. A short time later, one of the students saw their bedroom door open and shut. It was later discovered that an unidentified person had entered the apartment and took a television and electronic gaming system from the living room area. It is believed that the subject may have entered through an unlocked bathroom window.
Additionally, another student living in a different apartment in the 6600 Block of Kingsbury, reported that his roommate was awakened by a noise around 5:00 am. When the students got up a short time later, they discovered that a television and laptop computer were missing. It is believed that the subject may have entered through an unlocked back door.
