In the first incident on September 15, a student reported to the Washington University Police Department (WUPD) that McGee was involved in a verbal altercation on campus in which he spit at the student. The student did not wish to pursue charges.

On October 15 at approximately 2:34 PM, WUPD was advised of an incident involving two students who were walking on Big Bend near Fontbonne University when they were approached by McGee. McGee did not say anything to either student, then without warning he struck one of the students on the cheek with a closed fist and then ran away. McGee was apprehended and the Clayton Police Department presented the case to the St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office. Assault charges were issued on October 16. McGee was released from custody after charges were issued.

On October 18 McGee was taken into custody by WUPD near the Greenway overpass and was transported to the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department due to an outstanding warrant. He has since been released.

McGee has been issued a No Trespassing Order by WUPD. If he is seen on campus, do not approach him and notify WUPD at 314-935-5555.
