Fingerprinting Services

Hours for walk-in fingerprint requests

Monday-Thursday, 7 a.m. to 12 p.m. (except holidays). After posted hours, requests will only be handled if an authorized staff member is available. To schedule large groups or classes for fingerprinting, contact Sergeant Zohaib “Zack” Khan at zkhan@wustl.edu.​

Fingerprinting services for the Medical School Campus are by appointment only, through the Protective Services Department, located at 4590 Children’s Place. To schedule an appointment, go to https://facilities.med.wustl.edu/security-new/services-provided/

Requirements

  • Driver’s License and Washington University ID.
  • Completed fingerprint card as provided by the requesting agency. If you do not have a card, a standard Applicant Fingerprint Card (FD-258) will be provided to you. No photocopies of cards will be accepted.

WashU PD will not share any paperwork/fingerprint cards nor provide background checks.​​
